SPECIAL DIVIDEND APPROVED BY SARB
Shareholders are referred to Vunani’s Reviewed Preliminary
Condensed Consolidated Results for the Year Ended 31 December
2013 published on SENS on 24 March 2014, wherein the company
declared a special dividend. The payment of the special
dividend was subject to the South African Reserve Bank’s
approval, which approval has now been obtained. The payment of
the special dividend is therefore unconditional and will be
paid in terms of the timetable set out in the aforementioned
SENS announcement.
