In compliance with rule 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, SA Corporate unitholders are advised that
subject to regulatory approvals being obtained, Ms Emily
Hendricks has been appointed as an independent non-
executive director of the Fund with effect from 2 April
2014. Ms Hendricks holds a LLM degree from the University
of Stellenbosch and is currently Legal Advisor at the
National Empowerment Fund.
