APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Imbalie Beauty is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Pumla
Tladi as an independent non-executive director of the Company with
effect from 1 April 2014. Pumla, is currently employed as a Credit
Analyst in the Private Banking Division of Investec Bank.
Pumla is a former member of the Association of Black Securities and
Investment Professionals (ABSIP). During her time in Property
Finance banking, Pumla chaired the Gauteng Committee of the Women’s
Property Network (“WPN”), an organisation established in 2000, and
currently has close on 500 members. It was formed to assist in the
advancement of woman in the commercial property industry and
achieves this through an Education Trust which offers bursaries to
young woman in order to advance their studies towards a property
related career and a mentorship programme.
Her experience in property finance will be of value and assistance
to the deliberations of the Board.
