RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Subsequent to the announcements released on SENS on 22 November 2013, 20 December 2013 and
20 February 2014, whereby shareholders were advised that the Company is undergoing business
rescue proceedings and that Mr Piers Marsden was appointed as the business rescue practitioner. Mr
Marsden is currently finalising a business rescue plan which will be published in due course.
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 13 April 2012 and the subsequent renewal of cautionary
announcements, the last of which was dated 20 February 2014, shareholders are hereby advised that
negotiations have been terminated.
Therefore, despite negotiations being terminated, as the Company is still engaged in business rescue
proceedings, shareholders are accordingly advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the
Company’s securities, until a further announcement is made.
