In accordance with rule 3.59(c) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders of the Company are hereby advised of the following change to the function
of a director serving on the board, with effect from 4 April 2014.
DigiCore is pleased to announce that Mr Gerrit Pretorius’s status as a non-executive
director will change from Lead independent to Independent non-executive Chairman.
