The proposed amendments to the Debt Listings Requirements, as well as an explanatory
memorandum, are available on the JSE’s website (www.jse.co.za – Route: Companies & Issuer
Regulation/Issuer Regulation) and interested parties are invited to submit their comments by no later
than Thursday, 15 May 2014. Comments can be submitted electronically to alwynf@jse.co.za.
