FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the business discontinuation and
cautionary announcement released on SENS on 5 March 2014, wherein
shareholders were advised that the Company’s board had taken the
decision, subject to approval by the Company’s shareholders, to
discontinue the business during 2014 and to realise value for the
Company's assets during 2014 and 2015.
Further to the aforementioned announcement, shareholders were advised
on 4 April 2014 that the ninety-seventh annual general meeting of
shareholders will be held on Friday, 9 May 2014, at 11h00 at which
time shareholders will be requested to vote on a resolution to
approve the discontinuation of the business and realisation of value
for the Company’s assets.
Shareholders should continue to exercise caution when dealing in the
Company’s securities until a further announcement is made.
