RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement regarding the acquisition by Miranda of an effective 50%
participation in Benicon Coal Proprietary Limited from Sentula Mining Limited (“the Transaction”) released on
SENS and published in the Citizen on 3 March 2014
Since such announcement, discussions are currently taking place which may have an effect on the
mechanics and form of the Transaction.
Accordingly, until such time that a full and comprehensive announcement can be made regarding the
Transaction, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in Miranda’s securities.
