CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Mr Francois David Olivier has
resigned as non-executive director of StratCorp with effect
from 14 April 2014. The Board wants to thank Mr Olivier for
his contribution during the period that he served as chairman
of the Board and non-executive director of StratCorp and
wishes him well in his endeavours.
Shareholders are further advised that Mr Johannes Nicolaas
de Beer has resigned as group financial director of StratCorp
with effect from 14 April 2014. Mr. De Beer has decided to
concentrate on furthering his studies on a full time basis.
The Board wants to thank Mr de Beer for his contribution during
the period that he served as group financial director of
StratCorp and also wishes him well in his endeavours.
