In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Section
122(1) of the Companies Act 2008 and Regulation 121 of the Companies
Regulation, 2011, shareholders are advised that Investec Asset
Management Holdings (Pty) Ltd (“Investec Asset Management Holdings”)
have notified the Company that it's holding of BCX ordinary shares has
decreased from 15.3989% to 14.6098%. Accordingly, the holding by
Investec Asset Management Holdings represents 14.6098% of the voting
rights in the Company.
