CHANGE IN BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised that Mr Piet Janse van Rensburg has resigned from the Wescoal board as Chief Financial Officer
effective 30 June 2014.
The board wishes to thank Piet for the valuable contribution he has made to the company, and wishes him
well in his future endeavours.
The company will commence a process to identify a suitable successor. A further announcement will be
made as soon as a successor has been appointed.
