Further to the original cautionary announcement dated 2 November 2012, and the subsequent renewal
of cautionary announcements, the last of which was dated 31 January 2014, shareholders are advised
that negotiations are no longer in progress.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised that the cautionary announcement is withdrawn.
