Renewal of cautionary announcement
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on 7 March 2014 and 28
February 2014.
The Company is not aware of any further steps taken by Kose-Kose Investments Limited
(“Kose-Kose”) to enroll its application to place StratCorp under supervision and business rescue
on the opposed motion roll, after it was struck from the urgent roll on 28 February 2014 in the
North Gauteng High Court.
Shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities until a further announcement is made.
