RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the previous cautionary
announcement published on 11 March 2014 wherein they were
advised that the Company had entered into discussions with
separate parties regarding a potential acquisition
(“Acquisition”) by the Company and a potential disposal of
a group asset. Shareholders are advised that the
discussions referred to therein are still in progress and
which, if the Acquisition is successful, could have an
impact on the Company's share price.
Accordingly shareholders are advised to exercise caution
when dealing in Amecor shares until a further announcement
regarding the Acquisition is made.
