Petmin received notice on Thursday, 24 April 2014, from Investec Fund Managers SA (RF) Limited ("Investec")
pursuant to Section 122 (3) (b) of the South African Companies Act 71 of 2008 (the "Act").
Pursuant to the Act and paragraph 3.83 (b) of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, Petmin wishes to
advise that Investec, as at 24 April 2014, holds 4.99% (previously 5.90%) of the issued share capital of Petmin.
