NEW APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders of the
Company are advised that Professor John Lungu (“Prof Lungu”) has been appointed as an independent
non-executive Director of ZCI with effect from 30 April 2014. The Board takes this opportunity to welcome
Prof Lungu in anticipation of the valuable contribution he will make to the ZCI Board during his term in
office.
