Shareholders of Afrox are advised the Chemical Energy Paper Printing Wood and Allied Workers
Union (CEPPWAWU) strike has been suspended without agreement. Although the strike did impact
customer service levels, this was mitigated where possible through effective contingency planning
and the optimum use of non-striking personnel. As all employees have now returned to work, the
Company expects a speedy resumption of normal services.
