TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITION OF BENEFICAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act and Regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act
Regulations, 2011, shareholders are advised that Hyprop has received notification from the Public
Investment Corporation Limited (“PIC”) of the acquisition by PIC of Hyprop combined units, such that
PIC’s total beneficial interest is now 15.651% of Hyprop’s issued combined units.
