Shareholders are advised that Lucas Ndala, a non-independent non-executive director of the company has
resigned with effect from 30 April 2014.
Wilhelm Nauta, currently an alternate director to Lucas Ndala, will be appointed as a non-independent
non-executive director of the company with effect from 30 April 2014.
