DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the South African Companies Act,
No. 71 of 2008 as amended, and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that the Company
has received formal notification in the prescribed form that:
- Rovic Agri Proprietary Limited (Registration number: 2012/197774/07)
(“Rovic Agri”), has acquired an interest in the securities of the
Company such that the total interest in the securities of the Company
held by Rovic Agri amounts to 34.03% (previously 29.63%) of the total
issued securities of that class in the share capital of the Company.
