NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN A MAJOR INTEREST IN DATATEC SHARES
In compliance with the AIM Rules, shareholders are hereby advised
that, on 25 April 2014, Datatec received formal notification that
the Public Investment Corporation Limited ("PIC") has disposed of
an interest in ordinary shares of the Company such that the total
interest in the ordinary shares of the Company held by PIC now
amounts to 14,931% of the total issued ordinary shares of the
Company.
