VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
In conformity with DTR 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of the following:
Pursuant to the Rights Issue announced by the Company on 20 March 2014, the issued
share capital of the company increased by a total of 278,241,628 new shares during April
2014. The Company’s issued share capital now consists of 1,252,087,329 ordinary shares of
50 pence each with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in
treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Intu Properties plc is 1,252,087,329.
The above figure of 1,252,087,329 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a
change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
