CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT – NEW APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD
Shareholders are referred to the New Appointment to the Board announcement which was released on
SENS and Euronext on 30 April 2014 and advised that the announcement incorrectly stated that
Professor John Lungu is appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director where in fact he is not
considered to be an Independent Director and thus the announcement should have read that Professor
John Lungu was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 30 April 2014.
