REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the forty sixth (46th) annual general meeting of the
shareholders of Bell Equipment Limited held today, the 5th of May
2014, all the ordinary and special resolutions proposed at the
meeting were approved by the requisite majority of votes.
The special resolutions will, where necessary, be lodged for
registration with the Companies and Intellectual Property
Commission in due course.
