Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on Thursday, 28
March 2013 and the subsequent renewals thereof wherein shareholders were advised that the
Company has entered into negotiations. Shareholders are advised that negotiations have
ceased and accordingly, shareholders are no longer required to exercise caution when dealing
in the Company’s securities.
