FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the Cautionary Announcements published on the Stock
Exchange News Service on 3 February 2014 and 17 March 2014,
shareholders are advised that VMR is still involved in
negotiations, which, if successfully concluded may have a
material effect on the price of the Company's shares.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise
caution when dealing in their VMR shares until a further
announcement is made.
