Transaction in own shares
Blackstar announces that on 6 May 2014 it purchased 1,670,000
ordinary shares of €0.76 each in the Company (the "Shares") at a
price of £0.67 (R11.87) per share. The purchased Shares are
expected to be held in treasury in accordance with applicable
law.
The Company has a total of 82,088,500 shares in issue and,
following the above purchase, excluding the treasury shares the
issued share capital of the Company will be 79,898,735. The
number of Shares purchased represents 2.03% of the total shares
in issue.
A total of 2,189,765 treasury shares are now held by the
Company.
