LISTING OF ADDITIONAL NEWGOLD PLATINUM DEBENTURES
NewGold has, from commencement of business today, issued an additional 400,000
NewGold Platinum Debentures at an approximate issue price of R149.50 per
additional NewGold Platinum Debenture, following subscriptions in respect of
approximately 3,983.431 fine troy ounces of platinum.
After the additional issue, there will be 103,200,000 NewGold Platinum Debentures
in issue, referencing approximately 1,027,725.280 fine troy ounces of platinum.
