UPDATE IN RESPECT OF THE NAME CHANGE
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement published
on 7 April 2014 wherein they were advised that the resolutions
relating to the name change from Torre Industrial Holdings
Limited to Torre Industries Limited (“Name Change”) would be
registered with CIPC by today, Friday, 9 May 2014, however
this registration has not yet taken place.
The Company will keep shareholders informed of progress in
this regard and a detailed Finalisation Announcement
containing, inter alia, an updated timetable will be released
on SENS as soon as the registration of the aforementioned
resolutions has taken place.
