UPDATE TO NOTICE OF A MEETING OF CREDITORS, OTHER HOLDERS OF A VOTING INTEREST
AND SHAREHOLDERS IN TERMS OF SECTION 151 OF THE COMPANIES ACT
Creditors, other holders of a voting interest and shareholders (“Affected Parties”) are referred to the
announcement released on SENS on Friday, 2 May 2014 and the notice of meeting in terms of section 151
of the Companies Act, 2008, (Act 71 of 2008), as amended, which was posted on Tuesday, 6 May 2014 to
consider the proposed business rescue plan ("Business Rescue Plan") of the Company.
Affected Parties are advised that Slade Investments CC is a close corporation incorporated in the Republic
of Namibia under registration number CC/2011/0425 and not 1994/009720/23 as was indicated in the
abovementioned SENS announcement and notice.
Affected Parties are reminded that the meeting to consider the Business Rescue Plan will be held at 09:30,
on Monday, 19 May 2014 at Fluxmans Attorneys, 30 Jellicoe Avenue, Rosebank, Johannesburg. The notice
in terms of this meeting which incorporates the above update may be obtained on the Company’s website at
www.tcsonline.co.za.
