Shareholders are referred to the announcement on Securities Exchange News Service (“SENS”) dated 13
May 2014, regarding the Company’s Reviewed Provisional results for the year ended 31 December 2013.
Shareholders are advised that the following statement was omitted from the announcement in terms of
section 3.8 (c) (iii) of the JSE Listing Requirements:
“The Directors of Sherbourne take full responsibility for the preparation of the provisional financial
information reported and the financial information has been correctly extracted from the underlying
financial information.”
