CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The board of directors of Real People Investment Holdings Ltd
(“Real People”) hereby advise the following changes to the
directorate of Real People:
Ms Christine Glover has resigned as Director with effect from
17 April 2014 and Mr Charl Kocks has been appointed as her
replacement on the same date.
Mr Craig Davidson has resigned as Chief Financial Officer and
will be replaced by Mr Arumugam Padachie, effective forthwith.
The Board would like to thank Christine and Craig for their
valuable contribution to Real People and wish them well in
their future endeavours.
