NOTICE OF A DISPOSAL OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 and Regulation
121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, as amended, and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE
Limited Listings Requirements, Acucap linked unitholders are advised that Acucap has received
notification from Coronation Asset Management (Pty) Ltd (“Coronation”) of its disposal of a
portion of its beneficial interest in Acucap (on behalf of its clients) such that Coronation (on
behalf of its clients) now holds 1.91% of the issued linked units in Acucap.
