Further to the announcement published on Tuesday, 1 April 2014, a distribution has been declared today, Monday, 19 May 2014 to
holders of ETF securities ("investors") recorded in the register on Friday, 25 April 2014, for the month ended 30 April 2014 as follows:

Cents per ETF security, comprising

Investors are advised that the distribution amount will not comprise of any dividends, therefore no dividend tax will be
applicable to the distribution amount.
The distribution will be paid on Thursday, 22 May 2014 to all securities holders recorded on the register on Friday, 25
April 2014.
In accordance with the investment policy of the ETFs, the distribution has been re-invested on behalf of investors via the purchase by the
ETF of additional Constituent Securities, (as defined in the relevant Portfolio Supplement) in the appropriate weightings, thereby
increasing the net asset value of the ETF and, proportionately increasing the value of each ETF security.
