Co(“GCR”) has, on 19 May 2014, affirmed the A(ZA)(sf) national
scale ratings assigned to the Class A Notes and BBB (ZA)(sf)
national scale ratings assigned to the Class B Notes. The
outlook for the ratings is unchanged and remains as stable.
