CHANGE IN FUNCTION OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with the requirements of the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listing regulations, the
Company hereby announces that James Robert Bareham will no longer act as chief executive officer
of the Company but will continue to serve as a director on the board of directors of the Company. The
on-going management and control of the Company will continue to vest in the board as a whole.
SVF has a primary listing on the BSX and a secondary listing on the JSE Limited’s Alternative
Exchange.
