DISCLOSURE OF A SIGNIFICANT HOLDING IN KELLY GROUP SHARES
In accordance with paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements and Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 2008
(“Companies Act”), shareholders are advised that Kelly Group has
received notification in terms of section 122(1) of the Companies
Act that clients of Allan Gray Proprietary Limited (“Allan Gray”)
have, in aggregate, disposed an interest in the shares of the
Company, such that the total interest in the shares of the Company
held by Allan Gray’s clients now amounts to 9.81% of the total
issued shares of the Company.
