Voluntary announcement: City Lodge Hotels takes full
ownership of its two Kenyan hotels
Further to the announcement released on 4 February 2014,
shareholders are advised that the agreement for the
acquisition of the remaining 50% of Fairview Hotel Limited,
giving it full ownership of the Fairview Hotel and the
Country Lodge, has with effect from 21 May 2014 become
unconditional. Fairview Hotel Limited will be accounted
for as a 100% owned subsidiary of the City Lodge Hotel
Group from this date.
