CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby
informed that Mr. Anthony Spanjaard (“Anthony”) has resigned as
director from the board of directors of Nutritional Holdings
(“the Board”) with effect from 21 May 2014.
The Board would like to thank Anthony for his contributions to
the Company and wishes him well with his future endeavours.
