In accordance with DTR 5.6.1, Capital & Counties Properties PLC (the “Company”) notifies the
market of the following:
As at 21 May 2014, the Company’s capital consists of 835,164,154 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence
each. The increase comprises 75,900,000 shares issued on 21 May 2014 pursuant to the placing
of shares announced on 14 May 2014. The Company holds no shares in treasury and the total
number of voting rights is 835,164,154.
The above figure (835,164,154) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a
change in their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
