CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of CSG is
pleased to advise that Mrs Sarah Liezel Grobler, currently the company’s acting Chief
Financial Officer, has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 21 May
2014.
Liezel, CA (SA) started as a learner accountant in 1992 and fulfilled functions as Audit
Manager from 1996. She qualified in 2006 and has more than 15 years’ experience in
Accounting, Auditing, Payrolls and Taxation. She has been the Group Financial Manager of
CSG since 2009, was acting Chief Financial Officer during the category 1 disposal of the
scaffolding division as well as the category 1 acquisition of the BDM Group and has an
excellent knowledge of the group’s operations.
