DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE INL SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for INVESTEC LTD and that as a result of the
dividend declaration relating to INVESTEC LTD (INL) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have
declared a dividend amount of 196 cents per INLNIG share instalment that is payable on Friday, 15
August 2014. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 per cent. No STC credits were utilized. This
results in a net dividend of 166.6 cents per share instalment. The final payment will be rounded to
two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 25 July 2014. The Share Instalment will commence
trading ex-dividend from Monday, 28 July 2014. The record date will be Friday, 01 August 2014.
