Protech shareholders are advised that the audit for the year ended 28 February 2014 is in the
process of being finalised and is taking longer than initially anticipated. Accordingly the results
will not be published on or about 26 May 2014 as previously advised in the SENS
announcement dated 13 March 2014. Consequently, the planned analyst presentations
scheduled to be held in Cape Town on Monday, 26 May 2014 and in Johannesburg on 28 May
2014 will be rescheduled.
The Company wishes to inform shareholders the results will not be published before the end of
May 2014 as prescribed by the JSE Listings Requirements.
The Company maintains its commitment to meeting the high standards of compliance set by
the JSE Limited in the protection of stakeholder interests.
Protech apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
