TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF A DISPOSAL OF BENEFICIAL INTERESTS IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”) and
Regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011, linked unitholders are advised that
Ascension has received notification from Catalyst Fund Managers SA (Pty) Ltd (“Catalyst”) of the
disposal by Catalyst of Ascension A- and B-linked units, such that Catalyst now holds 4.97% of
Ascension’s issued A-linked units and 4.91% of Ascension’s issued B-linked units.
