EXTENSION OF RETURN DATE OF PROVISIONAL LIQUIDATION AND
FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the previous announcements released on SENS, the last of which
was released on 25 April 2014, in respect of the provisional winding up of BioScience. The
return date has been extended to 6 August 2014.
Under the circumstances shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing
in the company’s securities until a further announcement is made.
The listing of the company’s shares on the JSE Limited will remain suspended.
