RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the general meeting of Poynting held today convened in terms of the
notice of general meeting contained in the circular to shareholders dated 25 April 2014, all the resolutions
necessary to approve and implement, inter alia, the Specific Issue were passed by the requisite majority of
shareholders.
The special resolutions will be submitted for registration at the Companies and Intellectual Property
Commission in due course.
