The board of directors advise that at the Annual General
Meeting of shareholders of the Company held today, all the
ordinary and special resolutions as set out in the notice of
the Annual General Meeting contained in the Company`s
Integrated Annual Report for the financial year ended 31
December 2013, were duly passed by the requisite majority
votes.
