RESIGNATION OF A NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange,
shareholders are advised of the resignation of Mr Andrew Alexander Maren with effect from 30 June
2014.
Andrew has been involved with Global both prior to, and since, the listing of the Company in
December 2012. The directors of Global extend their appreciation and thanks to Andrew for his
valuable service over the years and wish him well for the future.
