NATIONAL CONSUMER TRIBUNAL JUDGEMENT
In last year's integrated report the board reported that a
notice had been received from the National Credit Regulator
(“NCR”) alleging contraventions of the National Credit Act.
The National Consumer Tribunal delivered its judgment in
the matter between the NCR and Capitec Bank. The
application by the NCR was dismissed.
