CORRECTION TO DISCLOSURE OF SIGNIFICANT HOLDING IN IMPERIAL
Shareholders are referred to the disclosure announcement released on SENS on
27 May 2014. In accordance with paragraph 3.83 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements and Section 122 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, as amended,
shareholders are advised that Coronation Asset Management (Pty) Ltd has
notified Imperial that it has acquired an additional beneficial interest in
preference shares of the Company on behalf of clients, such that the total
beneficial interest in preference shares is currently 15.78 percent of the
total issued securities of that class, and not ordinary shares as previously
advised.
